Meet The Shrunk 3D Cincinnati Team
Cincinnati, Ohio is happy to have you!
Susan built the foundation of her 20+ year career in the consumer packaged goods (cpg) industry with a decade of invaluable learning in various positions with Fortune 500, Sara Lee Foods. With the cards stacked against her as a single teenage mother, Susan embraced every challenge with determination. As a result, she went from Administrative Assistant to managing Sara Lee’s school business nationally in just four short years. Between 2011 and 2020, Susan held several Kroger-facing roles in Trade Planning, Shopper Marketing, Category Insights/Analytics where her Kroger counterparts nicknamed Susan ‘The Banker’ for driving GP. In 2020, Susan accepted a Sales position where she sold over $40MM in her first 18 months to Walmart, Kroger, Kwik Trip, Cumberland Farms, among other Retail and Convenience Store chains. Described as resilient with a strong work ethic, Susan is a leader and mentor committed to integrity and over-delivering on strategic and revenue goals.
Susan’s #1 priority has always been her family. She is married to the love of her life, Brian Holmes, and together they raised 5 children, Nick, Madeline, Grant, Collin, and Sophia. With the youngest almost finished with high school, Susan saw an opportunity to plan the next phase of her career/life and is ecstatic to launch her Shrunk 3D franchise and introduce a new way of capturing memories to Cincinnati!
